All custom designs, graphics, and creative content produced by Elite Access Group remain the intellectual property of the business unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all submitted information, spelling, dates, and images are accurate before final approval. Elite Access Group is not liable for errors approved by the client.

Due to the custom nature of our products and services, all sales are final once production or design work has begun.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or resale of Elite Access Group designs, branding, or content is strictly prohibited.

Elite Access Group reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or decline projects at our discretion.

By placing an order, the customer confirms they have permission to use all submitted photos, logos, and materials provided for custom designs.
