Terms & Conditions

By purchasing services from Elite Access Group, you agree to the following terms:

• All payments and deposits are non-refundable once design work has started.

• Turnaround times 2-3 Business Days for standard orders, 3-5 Business Days for large orders  

• Clients must provide all photos, logos, wording, and details before the design process begins.

• Elite Access Group is not responsible for low-quality images submitted by clients.

• Final designs will only be delivered after full payment has been received unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Printing colors may vary slightly from screen display due to monitor and printer settings.

• Rush orders may be subject to additional fees.

• Clients are responsible for reviewing all spelling, dates, and information before approving final designs.

• Elite Access Group reserves the right to use completed designs for promotional and portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested by the client.

• No refunds will be issued for approved designs, completed work, or printing errors approved by the client.

By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.

SHIPPING POLICY

• Processing times 2-3 Business Days with a $20 Delivery fee (Metro Detroit Only Areas Only) we are working to service Statewide! 3-5 Business Days with a $75 Delivery fee for Large orders! 

• Clients will receive notification once order is received, and when ready for pick up or delivery. .

• Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before placing an order.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed.

• Delivery dates are estimated and are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.

• Large custom items such as backdrops, dance floors, and display boards may require special delivery arrangements.
